In-Person Training:
One of our technicians will travel to you and provide setup and training for you. We will include a custom profile that we have created and use daily in our operations. We will send you an invoice for the in-person service and register you as a client for future support via phone call after the 3 days if needed. How training and setup would work: Once we have a set date for our technician we will travel to your location. Our technician will work from 9 am-5 pm for the 3 days. The technician will ensure everything works properly and will ensure you have the basics down on how to use your equipment. The technician will also go over the basic care and maintenance of your new commercial equipment.
You will be responsible for the time, travel and expenses related to a technician coming out to your location if you request an in person visit from one of our highly trained technicians.
