In-Person Training:

One of our technicians will travel to you and provide setup and training for you. We will include a custom profile that we have created and use daily in our operations. We will send you an invoice for the in-person service and register you as a client for future support via phone call after the 3 days if needed. How training and setup would work: Once we have a set date for our technician we will travel to your location. Our technician will work from 9 am-5 pm for the 3 days. The technician will ensure everything works properly and will ensure you have the basics down on how to use your equipment. The technician will also go over the basic care and maintenance of your new commercial equipment.

MillerRose Printing 2 year remote/virtual support and training - Fixed price of $1500.00 (This service includes 24/7, 365 support via email, phone call, or video call. We will also provide you with a custom ICC Profile that we use daily on thousands of weekly orders! We also offer Maintop and Photoshop training along with recommending programs that we use to fix image quality (These programs have their own monthly/yearly fee). After 7 sessions in 1 year, you will need to pay for additional support. Total of 14 sessions in 2 years. *Neglect or misuse of your equipment may result in a cancelation of this service and will require a technician to come out. (You will be responsible for the time, travel and expenses related to a technician coming out to your location)
