What is a DTF Transfer?
DTF, is otherwise known as Direct To Film. This printing technique involves printing any design and color directly onto a film and then transferring it to any material such as cotton, polyester and linen with a simple 15 second heat press.
What is the minimum I can order?
No Minimums! Whether you need 1 or 100,000 we can do it!
What Kind of press do i need?
Our DTF transfers can be applied with a household iron, circuit heat press or an industrial level heat press.
What sizes are available?
We have the ability to print any size that you need up to 22" wide. There are no limits on length! We have pre-selected sizes available.
How do transfers hold up in the wash?
We have vigorously tested our transfers on a variety of garments. Because of our premium supplies used to create your transfers rest assured that your transfers will last! **Proper care and washing will extend the life of any garment**
How quickly can I get my order?
Rush Orders ship within 12-48 business hours. Add-ons and design issues will cause delays.
Our normal TAT is currently 1-3 business days. Please make sure to look at the top of our website for any delays or extended TAT times!
What file format should my artwork be?
Vector art is always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types: .AI, .PDF, .EPS
Accepted files types: .JPG, .PNG
What is your refund policy?
We stand behind our work so If you have any issues with your transfers at all Contact Us and we'll be sure to make sure we solve whatever issue you might have.
Delivery Times
Depending on when your order is placed, we print and ship within 1-3 business days. Sales may have extended times depending on the volume of orders. Please reference our map for how long ground shipping usually takes once your order has shipped from our facility.
